The Walnut Liqueur is a traditional bitter sweet liqueur made from finest quality green walnuts. After harvesting, the green nuts are cut into four pieces and put through a maceration (aging) process for several months in a high-grade distillate.
After aging, green walnut macerate is separated, and mixed in a perfectly balanced ratio with syrup made from brandy, water and sugar.
It is produced from natural ingredients – green walnuts, alcohol, water and sugar. Walnut liqueur is served ice-cold as an aperitif or a digestive.
