Fruit wines of INCANTO brand are produced exclusively from first class fruit, carefully selected and sorted prior to processing. In order to retain all fruit characteristics in wine, as also aroma, fermentation proceeds under strictly controlled conditions.
After fermentation, only free-run wine is being used, whereas the remaining cap is used for distillation.
Wine maturation, as also ageing, proceeds in modern inox tanks, whereas the wine will be poured into bottles only after reaching a satisfactory maturity level.
Due to a specific manner of production the extraordinary results are achieved in the quality of wine itself. Currently the fruit wines of cherry, blackberry and apple are offered.
